Monthly Bookkeeping Services include:
- Recording and categorizing income/expense transactions
- Fund/Grant Tracking using Classes, Projects, and Location in Quickbooks Online
- Monthly reconciliations of all accounts (bank, credit cards, Stripe, Paypal, etc)
- Receipt management
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (invoicing and paying bills)
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports
- Communication with Auditor and Tax Preparer as-needed
- Unlimited email support and monthly check-in
